Model Description
These mice carry loxP sites flanking exon 4 of Adgra1 gene. When crossed with a Cre recombinase-expressing strain, this strain is useful in eliminating tissue-specific conditional expression of Adgra1 gene.While Adgra1-Flox(2) mice (Stock No.NM-CKO-205225）mice carrying the loxP sites flanking exon 5 of Adgra1 gene.
