Model Description

This FcRn humanized strain is established by mating endogenous mouse Fcgrt gene Knockout mice with R26-hFcRn(FCGRT) Knock-in mice. These FcRn humanized mouse models can be useful for evalueting the efficacy of potential immunotherapy drug combinations.
