Validation Data

Mouse Angptl3 mRNA was detectable by P1/2(443bp), human ANGPTL3 mRNA was detectable by P3/4(345bp),

M:100bp Plus DNA ladder from Transgen (BM311). RT-PCR results showed that hepatocytes of the heterozygous KI mice express both human ANGPTL3 and mouse Angptl3.
