Model Description

The endogenous mouse Il7 gene was replaced by human IL7 gene.

Validation Data

Fig.1 mRNA expression identification results of RT-PCR.

P1/2 is specific for mouse-derived sequences, and P3/4 is specific for human-derived sequences.

Heterozygous (HE) and wild-type (WT) mice can amplify a 332bp product with the P1/2 primer pair.

Heterozygous mice can amplify a 386bp product with the P3/4 primer pair, while wild-type mice show no bands.
