Model Description

This SIRPA and CD47 double Knock-in strain is established by crossing hSIRPA and hCD47 mice together. These double double Knock-in mouse models can be useful for evalueting the efficacy of potential immunotherapy drug combinations.

The animals were inoculated with MC38 colon cancer cells, and randomly assigned into a control group and two treatment groups (n=6) when the tumors grew to 100 mm3. The humanized SIRPA&CD47 mice responded to human anti-CD47 (Left) without a significant body weight change at late time points (Right).
