In PBS treated control tumor, the IFNγ signal increased as the tumor growing. In anti-PD1 treated tumor, increased average BLI (Bioluminescent imaging) of IFNγ was shown 48h post the first dose compared to control group; as the tumor regression upon PD1 treatment, the IFNγ signal in tumor decreased as well.
