This Il10 knockout strain is established by crossing Il10-CKO and Dppa3-Cre mice strains together. The Il10 flox mice possess loxP sites flanking exons 1 .

Fig1 Expression of IL10 in the Serum of Il10-KO Homozygous mice is detected by Elisa.

IL10 eKO mice were treated with LPS(3mg/kg,i.p.). Mice were sacrificed 4h after injection, and serum samples were collected for Elisa.
