Fig.1 IL-6 was measured in Il6 homozygous mice(HO) after CCl4 induced liver damage. Il6 homozygous mice were injected i.p.with CCl4 solution(5uL, 20% v/v) or mock treated. IL-6 was not detected in livers and serum of Il6 homozygous mice after CCl4 treatment.
