Fig 1.In vivo efficacy study in PD1 & CTLA4 humanized mice. Keytruda, Opdico or Yervoy can inhibit the growth of CT26-hCD274 xenografts. The above data indicated that the hPD1/hCTLA4 humanized mouse is an effective model for antineoplastic drug screening.
