Fig1. Expression of PD-L1 in peritoneal macrophages, spleen cells and bone marrow cells from PD-L1 knockout mice is detected by FACS.  The results showed that the expression of PD-L1 can not be detected in peritoneal macrophages, spleen cells and bone marrow cells of homozygous mice.
