Genetic Excellence.

The establishment of U-GEMM repository containing 18,000+ "Research-ready" proprietary sets the stage for new breakthroughs.

Humanized Models

Humanized mouse models are experimental animals that have been genetically modified or implanted with human cells, tissues, or genes. These models are used in biomedical research to study human diseases, test therapies, and understand biological processes. By incorporating human biological components into mice, researchers can investigate how diseases develop, how the immune system responds to treatments, and how drugs interact with human cells in a controlled laboratory setting. Humanized mouse models are valuable tools for advancing medical research and drug development, providing insights that can potentially lead to new treatments and therapies for human diseases.

Immune-Related Mice

Mice with defective adaptive immunity including nude, SCID and NOD-SCID mice, can effectively control common opportunistic agents such as Pseudomonas spp., until myeloablative effects from irradiation or other interventions eliminate their innate immunity as well. The effects of ionizing radiation on other tissues, and on developing or proliferating cells, influence morbidity and mortality of research mice.

Toolbox of Mice

We provide researchers with a wide range of Cre recombinase, reporter gene, and Cas9-related mouse models. These mouse models provide powerful tools for investigating gene function, regulatory elements, and disease mechanisms in vivo, contributing to advances in biomedical and genetic research.

Genetically Edited Rats

Genetically engineered rats are animals whose genomes have been modified using genetic engineering techniques to more precisely model human phenotypes and pathologies. These models provide researchers with improved tools for exploring biological mechanisms and greater confidence in the translational potential of their findings.

Supporting services

We provide model breeding and breed conversation services and to customized genetically models, through natural or assisted breeding.

Cell lines

GenoBioTX maintains a collection of over 100 commonly used tumor cell lines, primarily sourced from ATCC and the Chinese Academy of Sciences Cell Bank. These cell lines support a range of technical services, including gene knock-in/knock-out, cell proliferation/apoptosis assays, and cell migration/invasion assays.

Other Products

GenoBioTX aims to become a one-stop shop for lab supplies, providing customer not only the mouses but also other reagents and equipment that used daily in the labs. By leveraging our unique and targeted resources worldwide, GenoBioTX can help launch innovative reagents, products, or solutions from other companies on a global scale.
