Model Description

Exon 2-5 of Siglece gene was deleted to generate Siglece knockout mice.

Validation Data

Wild type: one band at 392 bp with primers F1/R1(mSiglece) and one band at 366 bp with primers F2/R2(mSiglece).

WT mice highly expressed Siglec-E on neutrophils, with less expression on other myeloid cells, but barely on lymphocytes, whereases Siglece-KO mice lacked expression of Siglec-E on all these immune cells.
