Tdtomato is expressed in the pancreas, pituitary, stomach, crypt, salivary gland, lung, spleen, liver and kidney after tamoxifen treatment. Some leakiness can be detected in the salivary gland and pancreas prior to tamoxifen treatment. Tdtomato expression can not be observed in the brain, colon, heart, retina and skin.
