CreERT2-mediated recombination in the pancreas islet and some acinar cells can be induced by tamoxifen.

CreERT2-mediated recombination in some cells of the pancreas, lung, kidney and submandibular gland can be induced by tamoxifen. Some leakiness were detected in the brain, stomach, colon and intestine prior to tamoxifen exposure.
